4. Oatman Arizona Run
Oatman Arizona is said to be one of the forgotten towns in Nevada. Once a small mining center in Las Vegas it has changed to a tourist attraction stopover along the Old Route 66. Although the mining does not take place anymore, the town has retained its look and the routes of the mining camps.
The town still looks great with its wooden sidewalks and wild burros roaming in the streets. One thing that makes the place an ideal place for motorcycle riding is its perfect and twisty roads making it more fun for a spirited motorcycle ride. It is not far from Vegas, just take US95 south and ride toward Needles/Laughlin. Use the exit at Highway 163, The Laughlin Turn, and ride east.
Head south from Laughlin on 95- Alt (Mohave Valley Highway) past Fort Mohave town.
Turn left or east at Boundary Cone Road and follow all the signs to Oatman.
When leaving Oatman, the best route is taking Oatman Road (Highway 10) East and intersecting with I-49to Kingman.
Then after Kingman just take US93 back to Las Vegas.
